They have a job description and a set of skills; managers choose what part of that job to delegate at what time. Each of these workers have a job description based on their skills and the tasks they can do for a manager. Managers “hire” one or both of the agents and decide what work they’d like to delegate to them.

  • Once hired by the manager, the agent joins the team and is accessible as a member of the team.
  • Managers interact with the agent through chat conversations, so there is no learning curve to take full advantage of their capacity.
  • These agents take direction only from the manager who decides what to delegate.
  • The manager can delegate as much or as little as they’d like, and can stop and start jobs they’ve delegated to the agent.
  • Agents use and interact with team objectives, progress to them, team meetings and agendas and other WorkBoard data as they perform their jobs.
