Erin Rifkin
General Manager, Microsoft

Erin Rifkin leads Cloud+AI Content & Learning at Microsoft, which is the team responsible for all Cloud+AI documentation, training, and architectural guidance. Her team’s charter is to make it easier for customers and partners to leverage online content to learn and adopt Microsoft technologies. Erin and team create online experiences for Microsoft like docs.microsoft.com, dev.microsoft.com, Microsoft Learn, Cloud Adoption Framework, and the Azure Architecture Center. They are excited to support and contribute to open source platforms, tools, and processes as they develop documentation and training platforms on GitHub and use open source tools and workflows to develop and deploy content. They pride themselves on enabling developers, administrators, and architects to do what they love: write, code, automate, and learn.

Sarah Davis
Director of Portfolio Programs, IBM

Sarah is the Director of Portfolio Programs for IBM’s Data and AI Division. She’s been passionate about metrics to measure success throughout her career and now she leads the OKR Practice for IBM. After completing her MBA at Barcelona’s IESE Business School, she relocated to Austin, TX, to run the Innovation Labs at IBM Watson. Sarah has held roles of increasing scope in the Artificial Intelligence Product Management organization. Sarah has been working in Enterprise IT Software Implementations since 2004. She also runs her own start-up, has chartered local chapters for global excellence in Business Analysis, and leads Boards of Directors in professional and academic organizations.

Emily Bruzzone
Office of the COO, Workday

Emily is a critical member of the Business Innovation team and leads OKR operations and strategic initiatives at Workday. During her 7-year tenure, she has driven great success through her business innovation and strategy expertise. Emily is a Certified OKR Coach and works closely with executive leadership to facilitate the OKR process globally across Workday.Workday was founded on a disruptive idea: to put people at the center of enterprise software. Now, over a decade later, it still delivers on that idea every day. The company provides cloud-based software that specializes in human capital management and financial management.

Deidre Paknad
CEO and co-founder, WorkBoard

Deidre is CEO and co-founder of WorkBoard. She’s led several high growth organizations as CEO and founder and as an executive at IBM. She’s seen first hand how alignment, accountability and transparency drive results and create resilience. Deidre has over a dozen patents and has twice been inducted into the Smithsonian Institution for innovation. Goldman Sachs named her one of the 100 most intriguing entrepreneurs of 2019.

Sally Huriaux
Executive Director, Strategy and Field Operations, Comcast

Sally Huriaux is the Executive Director of NGAN Engineering Field Operations and Strategy for Comcast. In this role, she is responsible for the Inside and Outside Plant Engineering Teams. These teams play a critical role in field operation standards, designs and the overarching strategy for the inside and outside access network; connecting operational readiness to new technology strategies from ideation through implementation. Sally is also responsible for the multi-year strategic plan, as well as the in-year portfolio for the organization. Sally leads prioritization of the portfolio in alignment with business performance, technology and operational readiness, as well as resource and budget availability.

Paul Cohen
Chief of Best Possible, Juniper Transformation Office, Juniper Networks

As Chief of Best Possible at Juniper Networks, Paul is currently responsible for leading Juniper’s transformation of harnessing the power of OKRs across the company. He is passionate about discovering the best possible in people and outcomes. Juniper Networks simplifies the complexities of networking with products, solutions and services in the cloud era to transform the way customers connect, work and live. The company removes the traditional constraints of networking to enable customers and partners to deliver automated, scalable and secure networks that connect the world.

Connie Deyo
VP Business Excellence, Greenfield Global

Connie is the Vice President of Business Excellence for Greenfield Global, a leading producer and supplier of high-value, mission-critical raw materials, ingredients, and additives that are vital to businesses and integral to a lower-carbon economy. Connie is responsible for creating and implementing long-term integrated business improvement and technology projects. She leads multiple teams that will collectively and collaboratively deliver an enterprise-wide transformation program. As Vice President of Business Excellence, Connie is accountable for developing and leading a center of excellence to provide advanced leadership, training and support for optimizing the business, resolving complex business issues and driving continuous improvement/ learning across the organization.

Vince DiMascio
Chief Information and Technology Officer, BAL Global

Vince is the Chief Information and Technology Officer at BAL. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s digital products, technology strategy, IT capabilities and transformation programs.  He leads a team of technologists who reimagine global mobility and deliver new ways of providing global immigration services.  His team applies current and emerging technologies to deliver market-leading digital products, and drive long-term transformations. Vince has an MS in Technology Management from Columbia University, an MS in Data Analytics from NYU Stern. He is well recognized for his results-oriented leadership style and his ability to drive innovation—and was recently recognized by IDG with the CIO 100 Award for 2020.

Lindsay Faust
Sr. Director, Strategic Planning, Comcast

Lindsay is Senior Director of Strategic Planning for Comcast’s Technology, Product, Xperience (TPX) organization. In this newly created role, she is responsible for determining the quarterly priorities of the organization and operationalizing those priorities across multiple product and development teams, as well as other stakeholders. This is done through a series of financial and planning exercises, culminating in a cross-team dependency planning meeting. Prior to this role, Lindsay led the Portfolio Management Team for TPX’s Product & Technology organization, where she did similar work. Lindsay graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Marketing. She continues to be an avid “Penn State” fan.

Karen Gaydon
SVP, ZEO Success, Zuora

Karen is Senior Vice President of ZEO Success at Zuora. As the Chief People Officer, she partners with the CEO, leadership team and global ZEOs to bring the Zuora vision to life through innovative HR tools, systems and practices. Prior to joining Zuora, Karen spent five years at Synaptics leading human resources. During a time of accelerated growth at Synaptics, Karen drove several global human resources strategies that included recruiting, M&A, talent development, employee engagement and building a strong company culture. Karen also led the Corporate Marketing team, responsible for communications, events, and public relations. Karen holds a Higher National Certificate in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources from the University of the South West. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.

Andrew Kisslo

Andrew is an accomplished marketing professional with recognized success in creating and driving strategic results driven initiatives. He is a resourceful and resilient leader with a bias for action, adept at navigating cross cultural and organizational boundaries to land results. He is currently attracting, developing and exporting a diverse team of high performers, developing the next generation of talent at Microsoft.

Camellia Ngo
Chief People Officer, Malwarebytes

Camellia is the Chief People Officer at Malwarebytes. She joined the company in 2018 and leads candidate and employee experience. She brings extensive human resources leadership experience that spans private and public technology companies, including compensation, and international business, insurance and employment law.

Ryan Padilla
Leader of Global Strategy Execution, GHX

Ryan is Executive Director, Strategic Transformation and Enterprise Planning at GHX. In this role he is focused on accelerating growth and customer value by directing the execution and governance of global strategic priorities. He also leads the quarterly OKR planning program to drive a results-centric culture by improving alignment, clarity and accountability across the organization. He is an accomplished leader with 20 years of consulting and industry experience solving challenges in corporate strategy and business process optimization. In his glory days, Ryan was a competitive runner and cyclist, but now gets his exercise by chasing around his identical twin daughters.

Sally-Mae Turvey
Sr. Director ZEO Engagement & Communications, Zuora

Sally-Mae Turvey leads Zuora’s internal employee engagement and communications efforts, aimed at informing and inspiring a company of empowered, diverse, and invested ZEOs who bring out the best in one another. Sally has been with Zuora since 2018 and was part of the core team that took the company public. As part of her role in building the company’s employer brand, she also leads Diversity and Inclusion and Zuora’s philanthropic efforts. Prior to Zuora, Sally worked in Professional Services firms and Technology companies in the US, South Africa and Australia. She has expertise in Employee Communications, Change Management and Leadership Development — all aimed at maximizing employee contributions to business results. As part of the team implementing WorkBoard at Zuora, her focus is on aligning and engaging ZEOs for perfect execution against the strategy.
