Executive Curriculum

The Results Management Leader professional certification program was designed for leaders of their organization’s alignment and accountability cycles who are working directly with a corporate executive to elevate business results and foster a culture of ambition. This executive education program is designed to support these leaders over the first year of their journey. Each course is open to 30 leaders and provides a unique opportunity to share experience and learn from and with a small group of leaders at the same journey stage.

Course Structure

Results management and leveraging OKRs for better outcomes is more than a launch – it’s a journey and this program is designed to enable your success at every stage. The program and leaders in each cohort meet over the course of 7 months, providing of-the-moment learnings you can apply immediately.

Who should attend?

This course is exclusively for leaders responsible for results management and adopting OKRs across their organization working for the CEO or a business unit executive.

Not the organization-wide leader of this business process, but part of the OKR program success? Become a certified OKR Coach!

Class size is limited to 30 people and the fee is $7,500. Participants must be certified OKR coaches and commit to the whole program; missing more than 2 sessions may result in seat forfeiture.
