Haywood “Woody” Talcove is Chief Executive Officer, Government, LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this capacity, he oversees strategic business activities concerning all customer operations, sales, marketing, communications, consulting, corporate development and ecosystem activities. He also serves as CEO for LexisNexis Special Services Inc. (LNSSI), a separate subsidiary. Talcove earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public administration from the University of Maine. He also attended Executive Education Programs in Leadership and Strategy from Harvard and Wharton.

Ryan Padilla

Emily joined Workday in 2012 and leads OKR Operations - a small team within the Office of the COO focused on driving OKR adoption and increasing enterprise-wide alignment. Emily is an active OKR Coach and works closely with senior leadership to facilitate the OKR process globally.

Prior to leading Workday’s OKR implementation, Emily held various program and portfolio management roles within the Office of the COO, Business Innovation, and Customer and Professional Services.

Brian Manougian

Brian brings his passion and desire to put people in the best position for success to Zendesk, where he leads Strategy and Planning for People and Places. He graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in Psychology and his curiosity has fueled a desire to continually learn about organizations and their people. Brian executed transformation programs and improved operational management practices across Liberty Mutual’s global operations for the last 13 years, working in 11 different countries as part of HR, operational excellence, lean management and agile readiness and enablement teams. Outside of work he loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker, but also enjoys getting lost in big cities to find something unexpected. Jessica joined Workday in 2011 and is a Sr. Director and Chief of Staff for Workday’s Chief Operating Officer. In her time at Workday, Jessica has brought structure, alignment, and focus to a variety of portfolio management, reporting/analytics, and business innovation initiatives - including her most recent venture, OKRs.

Prior to Workday, Jessica held various roles in both Sales and Business Technology at Old Republic, EMC/Documentum, and META Group (acquired by Gartner).

Mary Brett
Senior Director, Strategic Programs and Analytics, Office of the CTO, VMware

Mary Brett joined VMware in 2008. In her current leadership role as a Senior Director [of Strategic Programs and Analytics] within the Office of the CTO [OCTO], her team is accountable for various strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives that enable sustaining and disruptive ideation to fruition across the company. Her team is also accountable for other Strategic programs such as VMware Industry Standards Office and OCTO Data Strategy and Analytics. Mary is originally from Ireland and moved to the US is 2002 and lives in San Francisco. She has two kids that are virtual schooling, loves to ski with her family so is super excited for the arrival of snow in the Sierras.

Phil Clark
Global Technical Director, 3M

Phil Clark is 3M's Technical Director for the Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division (AASD). In this role, he provides strategic and operational direction to the R&D laboratory to advance technical platforms that enable solutions to key customer challenges.

Prior to AASD, Phil held technical leadership positions in 3M’s Corporate Research Laboratory (CRL) and 3M’s Electronics Materials Solutions Division (EMSD).

Dr. Clark received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Harvard University and B.S. degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Bates College.

Jason Unger started his journey with Microsoft as a result of the Sybari Software acquisition in 2005. Over the last 15 years, he has held roles within Customer Service & Support as well as Marketing focusing on product support, improvement, and go to market activities.
